We hosted our first ever Lobster Boil Thursday, June 18th in the vineyard under the pergola! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful evening to dine in the vines... Uncle Ed's Specialty Meats and Catering was there boiling the shrimp, potatoes, sweet corn, and lobster right on site while Billy Lurken was on the guitar helping to create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and some great conversation. The meal was perfectly paired to our, yet to be released, 2013 Traminette-crisp, citrus and floral. We are definitely looking forward to having a lobster boil as an annual celebration of summer!
